My name is Pornpun Promlert. Everyone calls me Pupay.

I was born and grew up in Samut Prakan and moved to Bangkok around 2005. So my location expertise areas are Samut Prakan, Bangkok as well as the surrounding area.

I have graduated in international hospitality management and have experience in management in a well known 5 star hotel in Bangkok. My role in the hotel was also in sales and marketing.

I am a professional, dedicated and passionate about quality and service.

I am a fulltime licensed professional real estate agent. I have wealth of experience and knowledge in this field for many years. I have long record of successfully guiding local, national or multinational clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligation, asset reposition and dispositions.

Over the years I have built a reliable network of property owners that will allow the clients to access a wide range of apartments and houses with good services. I work hard to meet my client’s needs and expectations no matter how much their budget is for their property.

I have got Thai real estate broker association license and joined real estate training from several institutions.
I believe that the knowledge and experience will be the great tools in promoting your properties, access the right clientele.

My responsibility is the process of real estate property lettings sales and transactions and to help the client with all the issues that may encounter.
